Reservation / Cancellation and No-Show Policies

 

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, necessitating a change to your salon appointment. To maintain efficient scheduling and fairness to both our staff and other valued clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

 

1. Please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

 

2. Appointments canceled on the same day as your reservation will incur a fee of at least 50 percent or a flat rate of the services initially scheduled for that day.

 

3. No-show appointments will be charged the full amount for the services booked.

 

4. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any online appointments and will promptly notify you of any necessary changes.

 

5. Kindly arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. If you anticipate being late, please call us.

 

6. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the services for that day.

 

7. Payment in full is expected upon completion of services.

 

8. Returned checks will result in a $25 fee.

 

9. We guarantee the quality of all our services when guests purchase our salon-recommended professional products. Including but not limited to all color services, Keratin Treatments and Brazilian Blowout Treatments.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our salon's cancellation policy, as it aids us in delivering exceptional service to all our guests and maintaining a fair schedule. If you have questions or need further clarification, don't hesitate to contact our salon directly.

 

Please be aware that our confirmation system operates solely through an automated 'ok' response for appointment confirmation. For any cancellations or rescheduling needs, please contact us directly by phone. 774-644-9873 (DO NOT TEXT THIS NUMBER)

Cell Phones 

 

Please silence or turn off electronic devices, including cell phones, tablets, and gaming devices, while in the salon. This also applies to speakerphone conversations, FaceTime, or any disruptive noise. Please use headphones to ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests.

Open Chair Policy

At Chic Full Service Salon, we value the personal and unique relationship between our stylists and guests. We embrace an open chair policy, meaning we're committed to helping you discover the perfect fit, even if it takes a few visits. Each guest is cherished by our salon, not tied to a single stylist. If you've had your hair done here, love the salon, but haven't yet found that perfect connection with your stylist, we encourage you to explore other chairs and meet the stylist who's ideal for you. With our diverse and talented team, we invite you to experience anyone at any price point to ensure you find the perfect stylist to meet your needs.

Children

To ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for our guests and the safety of your children, we kindly request that adults come to their appointments alone. If your child is also receiving a service, we're happy to accommodate them, but we ask that you arrange for childcare during your appointment. Please note that all salon services for children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who can wait in the designated waiting area. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to quality, and we want to ensure you can fully enjoy your relaxation time as well.
